On offense, we want to make play as big as possible. For length, we will have our Center Forward (CF) play as high as the last defender. The CF should try to push as high as possible. For width, the strong side, outside midfielder must play with one foot on the sideline.

Note the offense will frame the goal with a player going to the near post, penalty spot, far post and the top of the arc. There is also a player at “the point" for support. (Typically the outside midfielder, but it can be the outside forward if the midfielder has overlapped.)
